No, AnnaMarie, I didn't. I probably should have put something on the back, to hide it. The pictures in my pattern book (for the ornaments) had 2 designs put together like that, front and back, held together by the outside border. Should work fine!

Does putting together furniture from IKEA over the weekend count as a craft?
I made two of these, with a thinner column of shelves in the middle:

This will hold lots of books, board games, and toys!
I hope to finish this handy gateleg table later in the week...this will make a cute drawing/writing desk for the kids and won't take up too much space since it folds up. And I love all those drawers for pencils, markers, crayons, paint, etc:

needs stencils. :wink2:
Shasta, it's a polymer clay cane. I've made them for a long time but never tried one with a word before. Have a look here to get an idea of what goes into making a cane:

There's lots of info about polymer clay at that site, too!
I love that gateleg table. That is so cool. And bookcases always count.
Here is my attempt at Pennywise. But had no pattern to go by.

That's pretty good KFF!
Good evening. I know drumming isn't "technically" a craft I guess, but I make music! I drum in a band called Muso Bango (means women who drum) and I play the Djembe. Here's a pic of us (i'm wearing my "lucky red tights" head scarf), drumming at a local Bonfire Night.. Not too clever with the posting of pics, but here goes.
