Not sure what we will be having as it is only the 3 of us. The son doesnt like turkey. But may do a small turkey breast and then let him pick his choice of meat. Probably a burger.LOL Diffentily will have to make circle corn his favorite,( Corn on the cob)

Re: What do you serve for Thanksgiving Dinner?
Sometimes I have turkey....sometimes I do not bother. Growing up in Newfoundland, we did not really celebrate the holiday that much. Now St. Paddys' day was a different story. We are the only place outside of Ireland where this holiday is a statutory one.
With turkey, growing up there, we usually had a Jigg's dinner with the bird. Lots of peaspudding...yum my favorite.

LOL ... one of my nieces used to call it "corn on the bone" when she was three or four. She now denies that, but I'm like "Girl please. I was THERE."
Re: What do you serve for Thanksgiving Dinner?
For me Thanksgiving will always, so far, be a big turkey, mashed potatoes, butter and gravy, the long green beans, cranberry "sauce" (canned, red, cranberry jelly), milk (probably, who remembers that?), but mostly it was the dressing. It was homemade back then--back when we still had to tend the south forty that day--and I would eat it, and Dad and I would fight over it, and a splendid time would be had by all who realized there's only so much dressing, dammit.
Make a lot of dressing.
