golden years was one of my finest entertainment experiences. i am in full protest of cancelling it before the whole story was told. an abominable insult to mr king, mr bowie, fans of the show and artistry in general.

Ah well. That's the way of the TV business... (BTW -- while your protest is undoubtedly heartfelt, it has been 21 years since the cancellation. Move on!)

I'm confuzzled though...was "what" Bowie or King?? :umm:

I was wondering the same thing. They did use David Bowie's Golden Years for the theme song, but I couldn't figure out how it fit into the thread title. :dunno:
