How did he get the flu when he was initially immune to it? Was it perhaps deliberate from God?
Seeing as he wasn't actually the "one to fall" as they all thought, and it was obviously Glen who fell via getting shot by Lloyd...

Stu didn't get the flu.. he got pneumonia from laying outside after falling and breaking his leg. Just your regular run of the mill pneumonia.
