About time for another new collection?

I realize that Just After Sunset and Full Dark, No Stars are both fairly recent, but it seems to me that Mr. King has really been publishing a lot of stories lately, even more than usual, as well as several poems. Am I right to suspect another collection by the end of 2012?

I think it would be cool if he did this one like Nightmares and Dreamscapes and include stories, poems, and essays side by side. Like this:

Short stories:

The Crate (from 1982, but collected last year as part of an anthology)
Ur
Throttle
Premium Harmony
Herman Wouk is Still Alive
Under the Weather
Blockade Billy
Morality

Poems:
Mostly Old Men

The Bone Church

Essay:

I'm not aware of any plans for another collection anytime soon. Chances are good that one will be done eventually, though.

who I myself have thought this. I love his poems. Will have to try to find Mostlt old Men, That one doesn"t sound fimilar to me!

Seems like it might be getting closer to another short story collection. Maybe sometime in 2012 if we are lucky. I really hope he includes The Crate even though it is older. I've updated your list to include his 2011 output.

'tis true ! a new collection would be most appreciated...seems lotsa new stories popping up here and there...and i'm sure there are some lost in the cobwebs of time, just waiting to crawl back out into the moonlight

It would definitely be nice to see all the short stories that haven't gotten their own release, bundled together. I mean, I understand the reason for including a new short story with a newly released paperback edition, or the digital edition, but it would be nice to see them put together in a hardcover edition, for those that don't want to spend additional money on a paperback or digital edition of a book they already own.

and that means an update to the website, right? Am I right in assuming that comments can be made on the other main site, but not here, on the message board, about the list of stories/poems, etc, in the opener? ....or wait, I think Blockade Billy and maybe Ur have their own, dedicated pages....but not ALL of them.

When there actually is another collection ready for publication, we will update the site.
