When Bill encounter The Turtle near the end of the novel; The Turtle says: "My brother has his own place in the Macroverse"
But who does
But who does The Trutle refers to when he says "My brother"? I mean, it can't be IT since IT is a female, right? Maybe I'm missing something here.

I feel that yes, it's a reference to It. It is female in its physical form in the sewers of Derry, but who knows what gender the deadlights are at the end of the macroverse? Does It even have a gender at that level?

Yeah, I don't have a copy of the book with me right now, but it seems to me that the Turtle is referring to IT. Remember, IT takes multiple forms. It might well be that the sense of gender we humans have can't encompass what things like IT and Maturin are.
