Okay, so I was reading "IT" recently (for the third time) and I noticed a little something. In Eddie Kaspbrak's part of "Walking Tours," he remembers having played ball with a boy with the "Unfortunate name of Stringer Dedham" The first two times I read the book, I blew right over this. But a few months ago I read "Ghost Story" by Peter Straub and realized that this was in homage to that book.
That got me wondering if he has done this before with different books. I know of one in "Under the Dome," but that's it.
What else is there? Does anyone know?

That'd be a long long list. It's nice to catch them, as you did with that one, NPwriter, nice job! I've read the Straub story, but I don't recall the name in It.
