Since we have a thread about the real world companies in the Dark Tower world, how about a thread for things or places from our world, that end up in that world, or are mentioned in the book. For Example:
New York: what it is: City- Book where it is found in the series: Whole Series
Born To Run:Song written by Bruce Springsteen from 1975. book where it is mentioned in the series: Book 7
Paint It black-Song by The Rolling Stones. Where it is found: Book 3.
