Ok, I am a struggling bulimic and a young (relatively!) guy. This movie messed with my head more than anybody else I would bet. I think Stephen King should deal with male eating disorders in a novella or something... that is something that would mess around with people's psychies.

??????? So on top of being a bulimic, you are a masochist? You want SK to draw a knife across that sensitive spot?

I think this is a very good movie. To be honest, I'm surprised to be admitting that. The first time I watched the film, I couldn't make it all the way through. I thought it was terrible. Then I gave it another chance and POW!

Im sure its hard having such a thing to deal. Maybe he could write a story about an extremly ravenous tape worm, and the only way the character can defeat it is to become bulemic. All jokes aside, you should get help for your problem.

I cannot honestly say this was very interesting to me on a personal level. I don't have eating disorders or anything, but some things Stephen choses to explore just don't get it with me. I love his writing style, but not in this book. It seemed very rushed to me; and I didn't feel some of the chapters were allowed to play out as they should have. It truly surprised me that it became a movie, too. A very Happy Thanksgiving Week to all, and stay safe!:)

Hi,

Perhaps that's why it became a Bachman book?

Personally, I think it's fine.
