Yup, I`m very proud to be his fan! :cool2:
Congrats, Sai!

King was the recipient of the 15th Annual Los Angeles Public Library Literary Award, a diamond-shaped trophy that King, upon receiving it, remarked would make a terrific murder weapon.

It's high time he invited ALL of us on one of these "rubber chicken" extravaganzas of his...hell, I won't even ask for booze or nuttin', I'll drink water....

The award does look like a murder weapon! I've got my fingers crossed that the Maestro will find the time to write the sequel to The Shining. I think that would be his biggest seller of all time.

Mr. King's quote about donating the prize money to the Bangor library, thus keeping it in the family, certainly made me smile. :smile2:

If it wasn't for the Kings, the Bangor Library would probably be falling down. Libraries are important places for kids just getting into reading. It's also a haven to go to and find others like yourself. I bet the Bangor Library has every book SK has ever written on its shelves, unlike the main branch here in Las Vegas.
