I'm not sure who reads these, I hope Stephen does though today. A friend of mine at work passed away today and to say she was a fan would be an unfortunate understatement. I've read a lot of Stephen King books and love him but to Sandi, Stephen was family. When a new book was released she'd be so excited, showing everyone that would listen the cover. We sat close to each other at work and share audio books, we were listening to Under The Dome; I can still hear her laugh out loud at parts she thought were amusing. She didn't get a chance to finish it and that seems really unfair to me.
I won't carry on further, I just wanted to let someone in Stephens world know that Sandi Pegg loved his stories so much and I will miss her equally as much.

So sorry to hear this sad news. May your friend Sandi rest is peace. They say there is a special bond between friends, in life and in death- I'd like to think that as you finish UTD, Sandi will hear the words as you do.

I'm sorry for your loss.
No man is an Iland, intire of it selfe; every man is a peece of the Continent, a part of the maine; if a Clod bee washed away by the Sea, Europe is the lesse, as well as if a Promontorie were, as well as if a Mannor of thy friends or of thine owne were; any mans death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankinde; And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee.

Very sad. At least she had a great story in her mind during her last days. Condolences to her family and friends.

So sorry for your loss. I am glad to know she was a fan of Stephen King. It makes her part of our family, even if we never knew her. I wish she could have discovered this place... I think she would have liked it here.

Sorry for your loss. I know it is hard to lose someone you love and care for. Just try to imagine her in a place where there is always a new Stephen King book coming out. How great would that be for her??

I am sorry to hear of your friends loss. I can do no more than echo the rest of the Stephen King MB Families sentiments. But know this, a cliche as it may be, she is now in a better place now, the place within your heat and mind, where she will be with you, and your future journeys.

She was a kindred spirit to all of us on the MB. You must not mourn her passing, but celebrate her life as one well lived and be glad you knew her and valued her friendship. Life is so short no matter how long the span, and I'm learning to take joy in the everyday things-not just the momentous ones...peace be to you.

Remember, "No good thing ever dies." She is with you in your memories, and lives on in each King book you pass. "Each life makes its own imitation of immortality. " God Bless.
