Castle Rock Interview 1989 - Please Help!!!

Hi All. This may sound like a dumb question but I'm writng my dissertation on The Dark Tower novels and I want to use a quote from this interview. I actually accessed it on the official Dark Tower website. I just need to find out what 'Castle Rock News' actually is, or was. Was it a local newspaper or a local news programme? It doesn't specify this on the website and since I have no knowledge of the place itself I'm really not sure. Hope someone out there can help me. Thanks

It was a monthly (I think--been a while) newsletter about Stephen King published from January 1985 through December 1989, which was edited by Christopher Spruce, Stephen's brother-in-law.
