No, can't say that he annoyed me. It gets hard reading someone who stutters if you try to pronounce every word the way he s-sa-say-say-says them, but that was all.

No. I thought Bill was great, especially as a child.
I actually love all the characters in this book, yes, even (especially) the baddies. Amazing story.
