Is it just me or did this book drag for the first 100 pages, get okay for 30 or so, then drag on for the rest? I've got about 20 pages left to read but this book has been a labor of pain for me. I can't get myself to finish it fast enough. I can't wait to get back to King. I usually like at least something about a Rice book but this one... I just don't see how it was published, other then being by Anne Rice.

Edit: Angel Time is the books name and I finished it. The ending was lackluster. The book was a snooze. Descriptions are good but they yammer on and on. It was an interesting departure from her normal style and writing, but he, what can you do.

Yeah it was a little slow, a decent story but slow. I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10
