I've never heard Steve mention numerology being a factor in why he uses R.F. for many of the aliases for Randall Flagg.

That's a pretty cool observation anyway Rodney.

The only thing, if you look at RF, wouldn't that be 18,6? Or, adding them up, 24? Which of course, the digits add up to be 6 again, or F... same as 1+8=9 9+6=15 and 1+5=6. This is really reading too much into it though :)

After all, there would be many ways to represent this, like FR instead of RF. Franklin Roosevelt certainly isn't interpreted as someone with satanic initials.
