I just got the book today & am getting ready to start it, I can't wait after reading some of the things people have written about it.

Although I haven't finished it yet (431,) I'm in absolute awe of Under the Dome. Easily one of King's best! Have fun with this one!:eek2:

You have the same name as one of the few true loves of my life. Kelly, my Sheltie. She was the most beautiful dog you could ever hope to meet. I have a new one now. Mocha. She looks like a twin of Kelly. So anywho, I'm a new member too. I love your eyes. Can't remember if they're green our blue. Pun intended. My gift is music, and your song is "Your Song" Elton John.:cool2:

I'm jealousy... I still have to wait for someone to go abroad in order to get a copy of it...

I have started it, but I am not very far into it since Finals week is coming up on campus. But, I am already in love with it. I hope you enjoy your read, Kelly!

I'm twenty-five pages into UTD and have a sense that this is where I'm meant to be for the next few weeks--Mills Creek. There's nothing better than entering the world of SK for a few days or weeks and becoming one with the story and characters. Hey, I finally figured out how to read this gigantic book. I now sit at the desk with the book lying down on it. I don't have to worry about holding it and dropping the darn thing on some part of my anatomy and maybe knocking myself out.

That was suppose to be Chester's Mill and not Mills Creek. I don't know where I got that from. I think I'm becoming like the oldest resident in Chester's Mill. When you ask me a simple question, my only answer is "Where's my Christmas dinner?"

Don't worry, Wayne. That's what's known as a "senior moment"--I have them all the time--just ask my wife!
