Dark Tower Connection

Insomnia was absolutely fantastic! Piles of connections to the Dark Tower like this Quote.."he seemed to catch an image from the mind of the other...an enormous tower constructed of dark and sooty stone, standing in a field of red roses"...This book conjures up some amazing images.

I suffered from insomnia as a teenager and I feel this book really manages to communicate the "am I awake am I asleep" feeling of sleep deprivation and the feeling as though the limits between reality and dreams blur.

Which is of course, very DT.
