Hey All!

I've been curious about this piece of news on www.stephenking.com for some time now:

With her generator still running - although it wouldn't be for much longer unless she could find some more LP canisters - Brenda Perkins was able to fire up her husband's printer and make a hard copy of everything in the VADER file. The incredible list of offenses Howie had compiled - and which he had apparently been about to act on at the time

Happily, I'm now over 200 pages into Under the Dome and it makes a little bit more sense to me. I know I'm being vague, but I don't want to spoil anything for anyone else who hasn't read UTD or hasn't gotten too far in.

I kept looking at that bit of news thinking: Why is that news? What is that about? Was anyone else stumped?

Glad to have that cleared up a bit...here's hoping we get to read a bit of the file...

Woohoo!

Cheers,
Jamieson

It's part of a game where people find snippets of the book all over different websites, and gather them and put them together to win something. It's a UK contest for UTD. I did not participate in that because I didn't want to read snippets of the book before I read the actual book. However, there were lots of other stuff I did participate in. One of them is reading Scarecrow Joe's blog on the Chester's Mill website (he is also a memeber here). It's lots of fun. Have you seen it?

I've been curious about that, too. Thank you for the info!
