I also got the Stephen King Illustrated Companion. It has neat drafts of some of his work. Kinda like "The Cannibles" we have all been reading. This is a good day!!! I did, too! I mean take a lunch break from work, and go to Barnes & Noble! Now, I'm sneaking a peek at the pages every few minutes when I can. I can't wait to go home! I cooked dinner last night for tonight, so all I have to do is pop stuff in the microwave, feed the kids, and read.:biggrin2::cool2:

Just got Under The Dome from Borders! :smile2: BEEN WAITING FOR WEEKS! The book is finally here, Now I can enjoy a long memorable SK book. Will it be as great as the Stand? Probably not, but It will be awesome!:D:D

I work in a library and we always get our books a week in advanced...now the copies for the public cannot go out until the 10th...but I got my last week...already finished reading it...two words...Vintage King! I loved it!

picked up the regular first edition published by Scribner tonite – I'm going to be digging into this book as if it reveals the secrets to all of life in it! Man am I excied!

well, happy for all you folks... my is on the way by slow boat from the otherside of the world....

I have my collectors edition coming :cool2:and then a copy for me to read. But even though Amazon ships by plane the eta date is still 22nd December !!!!!!:eyebrow:

I checked our local bookshop yesterday and it wasnt on the bookshelf yet !!! For a world that is getting smaller and smaller - it is times like this I feel the isolation :down:

my book came in the mail yesterday! wow! 9 days earlier than expected. Because it's from the UK it's got a different jacket design. (purple!) Just have to finish reading The Road by Cormac McCarthy, and I'll dive in. Why am I on here? I should be reading! AAHH!!

I, as many of our members on here I'm sure, like to read while soaking in a hot bath. Last night, at least 3 times, I almost dropped it in the water :eek2:
It's so heavy!!! lol.....loving it, though.
