So I have already bought my 4 year old little girl a batgirl costume. We are looking forward to some trunk or treat and I would guess that Kira will wear this thing at least once a week until the seems bust.
Any one else gearing up for the festivities?

I got my costume on Saturday at thrift shop!! I am not sure this is really what I wanted to be, but the price was sure right. I think it will be good.

Oooh, this has me rubbing my hands together in anticipation!!! Just a few more weeks!!!
Last year my, then, 9 yr old wanted to be Hannah Montana (:vomit:). I got her to compromise and go as her pop idol, 3 wks past expiration. Kids are still mulling over their options for this year.
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!

Halloween falls on a Saturday, so another vendor and I are going to fab up a bit for the farmer's market. We've both agreed to start off with our black feather boas and see what we can come up with from there. She already owns one and I bought one last night.
(Yeah, LP now has a feather boa!)

Zombie Montana?
Yeah! I guess she's harmless enough (so far), but I still got an extra little kick outta doin' my girl's make-up last year.

I think I'm going to be a Marine....not very original I know, but it's right up my alley as far as price goes  We'll see. I might try something new.

I know that this escalates me to the level of wierd nerd guy... but I think it would be awesome to get a group of four guys or gals to dress as lowmen and women and frequent some haunted houses.

Last year a friend of mine gathered five others and they all dressed up as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Including Master Shredder and April the news reporter. 5 Marines dressed with and painted green. It was great

This is one of our favorite times of the year. We'll decorate this weekend and then enjoy the local garden nursery's month-long Pumpkin Patch with hay rides, slides, and spooky houses for the kids. Then for the big night, I've been informed that the family will appear as Scooby and the gang. I'm to be Shaggy.
Can't wait!

Me and my friends are actually dressing up as a group of characters from Stephen King books. My two friends who are twins are going as Mort and John Shooter from Secret Window, Secret Garden. Another is going as Annie Wilkes from Misery. And I'm gonna be Carrie, but I also have to come up with a second costume to wear to school because my Carrie costume will be inappropriate. I'm thinking of going as a newsie.

I'm going to be a Spartan cheerleader (Cheri Oteri not Will Ferrell). I'll be working that night so my options are pretty limited.

I wish we had Halloween in Brazil...
We have this thing we call "Zombie Walk", though... On November 2nd, everybody dresses like zombies (oh really? :P ahuahau) and we walk down the most famous avenue in Sao Paulo (Paulista avenue)... Itīs fun but not the same... :)
