wanting a Stephen King inspired tattoo...advice?

I"m contemplating getting a half or quarter sleeve tattoo with scenes from The Dark Tower throughout it. Any ideas of what would look cool? There are so many powerful images to choose from, I don't know if I want one or a menagerie,lol. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

My first tattoo was a King inspiration, although not from Dark Tower. It was of the two headed parrot from Eyes of the Dragon. I got the tat back in 2001-still my favorite and definitely don't regret it.

I think a half sleeve would be BAMF (Bad A$$ MoFo) I would like to see an imafe of the Ka-tet of ninety and nine standing in a line and looking at the emerald castle from Oz. Wouldn't need to see thier faces, just figures standing and the shoes, but the 5 of them looking out at the scene would be pretty awesome.

I was really considering a half sleeve of Insomnia, maybe a person with an aura floating above his head and the Accidental bald head scientist snipping away at it.

Does that sound interesting or like a good concept or something of a lost cause? haha.

I like this idea because some ppl will recognize it and you know you have common ground and those who don't know what it is can't pretend to know (and if they do pretend, you know they are full of it)

I favor the ka symbol because I see it as timeless and the meaning wouldn't get ever get old

My idea (please don't steal it) is to have burnt and torn parchment, with the opening lines of The Gunslinger. "The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed".

For anyone that has read the series, you know why this line is so damn important.

My first tattoo, actually two at the same time was I got the Unfound symbil on the inside of my right wrist, and I got the Eye of the Crimson King on the inside of my left forearm. I definitely plan on getting a bigger one, like a half sleeve. I am thinking the alternate ending painting showing the Dark Tower and Roland walking towards it.

I think if I ever got a SK tattoo it would be his face with little pieces from novels I really appreciated of his on my horror film leg (talk about a run on sentence..). I was actually thinking about this yesterday (a SK tattoo). My idea was that IF, which is closer to never, but IF I ever received an autograph from him I'd like to have it turned into a tattoo. I would never use just a copy of it though, it would have to be the real thing to me, that way I could have the entire inscription tatted on in his handwriting.

I've actually seen this...it was a full tattered page though, the words were at the bottom with the picture of Roland in the desert and far off in the distance the man in black...done like a pencil sketch, it was pretty awesome.
