Anyone pick up the Blu-Ray release of this film? I snagged a copy but haven't yet had the time to watch it. I'm eagerly anticipating it, though!

I don't have a Blu-Ray player yet. I was disappointed to see the Blu-Ray version of this movie is the same old bare-bones release that was on the U.S. DVD.

Last year I ordered the Special Edition of Creepshow, available only in the UK, and it was definitely worth it! There are tons of extra features and cut scenes, and the picture quality is tons better than the existing DVD. You have to make sure you have a region-free DVD player if you live outside the UK. They can be aquired pretty cheaply online, of you might even be able to convert your DVD player to region-free (like I did).

I wouldn't bother getting the blu-ray version. I had the choice between paying 6 dollars for a dvd or 20 for the blu-ray, the blu-ray didn't even boast it as being remastered and had no extra features either, just an excuse to cash in. Love to have the above mentioned version, it'll make its way to Canada I'm sure.

I just started my blu-ray collection and if I see it Iam sure I will pick it up but must say the UK version sounds great.
