Hubba hubba!
I've started a new group to play a word game I'm fond of, it promotes agility of mind and ... um... stuff. It's called Word Salad Shooter, it's all about free-associating, linking unconnected things by means of verbal similarities. Here's how it works:
Player one begins the game, (s)he posts, let's say... Tim McGrawhide and seek. Get it? Tim McGraw, rawhide, hide and seek.
Player two adds the word "tiny". Tiny Tim McGrawhide and seek. You know who Tiny Tim was.
Player three attacks the other end and posts: Tiny Tim McGrawhide and Secaucus . (Secaucus is the name of a USA town, for non-US board members... )
Player four builds off Secaucus and posts: Tiny Tim McGrawhide and Secau-Custer's last stand
And it goes on from there. (The rest of the rules are given in my first post within the group, you'll see when you get there.)
Let's have some fun. VROOM! Oh yeah, um...
We all float down here.
