Any one who has afeeling they maybe addicted to shopping should read 'Needful Things'. The idea of a shop containing your hearts desire is appealing but the price has to be your very soul. Is capitalism asking for our souls do you think? I Think that is what I felt after reading this roller coaster of a book.

Yea, it will make them realize how useless most of the object they just "Can't Live Without" are useless, and meaningless.

Do you know what the absolute scary thing is? I have actually seen a shop by the name of Needfull Things. It was (not sure if it is still there) in the Northern Melbourne suburb of Lalor in the shopping precinct.
I have never stepped foot in the shop and actually flat out refused to even peer through the door. I did look on the door to see if the proprietor went by the name or initials of Leyland Gaunt, but was sadly disappointed that it wasn't. My aunty would often go in there, but I tried telling her not to, but she isn't a SK fan.....
