Misery's Laughing Place

I've been searching high and low (without having to read the whole book again) to find the text where Annie tells Paul Sheldon what she does in her laughing place? Can anybody please (begging) quote what it is?

The reason: It is one of my favourite quotes from one of my favourite books, but I can never remember it exactly!

I love that dialogue. I don't know why, but the way King contrasts laugh and scream in the sentence is effective as hell. You get an image of a deranged Annie screaming herself hoarse interspersed with trickles of insane laughter - pretty scary!
