Anyone else reminded of the thugs from the short story, Sometimes They Come Back, and the Hitler Brothers?
They must've been in their 30's but they looked like teenagers and would probably continue to look like teenagers for 20 more years. That's not an exact quote but I just got past that part in WotC.
I haven't read Sometimes They Come Back in a long time though.

I am listening to the audiobook of Wolves of the Calla and Callahan thinks of the Hitler Brothers as "Lennie" and "George", a reference to Steinbeck's "Of Mice & Men" (also similar to the characters in "Blaze"). But SK seems to have Lennie and George mixed up, in "Of Mice & Men", George is the small one and Lennie is the big one. In Wolves of the Calla, he's calling the big one George and the small one Lennie. But in King's book, the big one is the smart one, the opposite of Steinbeck's book. I don't know if this was deliberate or a mistake.

It was deliberate. Callahan even realizes the role reversal in his inner monologue.

I loved the movie of Mice and Men. Lennie and George remind me of John Coffey.
