Is there a chance that SK will ever publish this. I know there is only one copy that he knows of in exstince. And thats his copy. IS there a possibility that he will add it to a short story collection or collectors edition in the future?

Probably not. If it's that old and hasn't been published by him yet, it's likely because he doesn't want it published.

Thats kind of sad, I would love to have it for fan value, as well as see what the world was like for a 12 year old writer in 1960
