OK, I'll get the ball rolling.
A decent adaptation of two of the stories from Night Shift plus an original final third act - all well cast and played, and the whole thing executed with panache.
And a cameo from Christine - what's not to like?

I liked the movie too. I love James Woods in Quitters Inc. I would have to put him in the top 5 of my all time favorite actors.

loved the ledge, it was intense, I usually dont actually do the "edge of your seat" thriller thing. But I think I was literally on the edge of my seat watching intently, not looking away. it was great

I'm a sucker for this one, too. Being a heavy smoker, I could really dig "Quitters, Inc." What a way to have to stop smoking! It doesn't have a shoulder compared to the short story, though.
Nonetheless, CAT'S EYE is a cool little movie.

It took me a while to see this movie but finally I saw it due to a review in Horrorhound Magazine and I really dug it!! All the stories were interesting, true Stephen King!!

I rented Cats Eye for my girls last week. (7&9) The part I really wanted them to see was the last part where the cat battles the creature! they absolutely adored it and wanted to see it again. I knew they'd love it!! Future readers in the making!!

I was lucky to have seen this movie on the big screen back in the day. James Woods, as mentioned above, was great with his part in this. I would love to rent it and see it again after all these years.

All I can say is that after I saw the story with the little creature, I really, really, really wanted my mom to get me a cat.

I watched this last night. I haven't read the stories yet, but the movie was pretty good IMO.

Just watched it again this past Saturday night. Im a big fan of Quitters Inc and the story when the dude has to walk the ledge around the building.
Am I going brain dead and cant remember the story or is the story with the cat and the troll something that was made just for the movie and wasnt in a book?

My favorite part, or at least story, was the one with the troll. Creepy little guy. I love monster stories.

Cat's Eye was the perfect dramatization of what it feels like to be a little girl with a monster under the bed and a faithful companion pet who protects her. I love it! Steve (if I may be so bold to be on a first-name basis in case you're actually reading this) is in touch with his inner child in this story. I'd like to sit in on one of his typing sessions when he was a teen with a typewriter, a printing press and a really cool idea for a newspaper. When he was all dark-rimmed glasses, short hair and an incredible likeness to Jamain of Flight of the Concords. Yummy! I bet he was too focused to talk much, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, Cat's Eye was a good story and a decent movie. And Steve was a pretty cute nerd once upon a time. (Just sayin') Okay, he's still a cute nerd.

Cat's eye was a great film. Lots of little nods to other films/story's too :)

Haven't seen Cat's Eye. It is on my list of movies to watch. I just have so many to watch it's hard to watch all the horror movies everybody tells me to watch. People have told me it is good. So, I will see it soon for sure because I saw some clips from the movie. I trust others because the clips looked good and if they tell me it's good it probably will be.

I thought Cat's Eye did a good job with tying the several short stories together.
