Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that, Ms Mod, but is the project going ahead anyway?

('Dead skin sculptures' LOL)

Does anyone have any more details?

No idea. It's not something that we would be involved with on any level. Even though it carries the Creepshow name, it does not require Stephen's permission or input. That's the situation a lot of times once the film rights have been sold.

It's going to be tripe without King and Romero, cos to my knowledge not even he's involved

I don't see this movie as being a future blockbuster.

I think that we can all agree that this new movie will be rubbish. Unless they get Steven Speilberg directing it, which i kinda doubt. The thing that made creepshow so great to me was that Stephen King appeared in them, so not only were they ace stories but the king of horror appeared in them. It's liked the cherry on top of the cake really.

This new movie will be bad, no question about it.

Creepshow 3 was a joke and should have not had its title!! It was just put together with 5 weak stories!! and is a shame to ruin the series!!

I saw Creepshow 3. It was not so good. The 5 stories was shot in one and same place and the stories was weird. Creepshow 1 is still my favorit.

I never heard of a Creepshow 3, Part 2 was pretty good but I will always cherish the ultimate comic book horror film of all time, in my opinion, combining two horror legends, King and Romero, Fantastic work!

Count me as another who has disdain for CREEPSHOW 3. It's putrid.

Indeed. CREEPSHOW 3 is a direct to video piece of garbage that had nothing to do with King. I hate that the rights were sold, as Creepshow is one of my all time faves.

I remember Steve saying something about a third one years ago (in Fango or something) about a story he had in mind for it called 'PINFALL' about a team of zombie bowlers. God, that would have been awesome.

I've never heard of Creepshow 3 either. Except for 'Tales from the Darkside: The Movie' is considered the unofficial 'Creepshow 3' by the filmmakers. Maybe that's what you mean?

No, it's not TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE. There's an actual CREEPSHOW 3 out there. Consider yourself fortunate for not having heard or seen of it. CRAPSHOW 3 would've been a better title.

they made one, i know i saw it. it wasnt bad but it wasnt GOOD either!!!! stephen king and george romero had nothing to do with it, the stories were alright, interconnected to one another but it was an alright movie really. should it have been made as CREEPSHOW 3, not really but as a standalone film, it's alright. And if you want to talk about something nothing having to do with king, prepare yourself for either CREEPSHOW 4 or the talked about CREEPSHOW remake.

The Tales from the Darkside movie, according to Tom Savini is the "real" Creepshow 3...but he's probably just talking about staying within the spirit of the Creepshow films...
