I was sitting here trying to think on how I wanted to start the last piece of my book and was bored. So I went to facebook and did one of those dumb quiz things they have. This one was "Which Crazy Writer are You?" I almost fell out of my chair when I got Stephen King. I'm not sure I like what they said about him, but I can sure hope and wish I can be 1/10th as good as he is someday!! LMAO!!

Aneaglesangel completed the quiz "Which Crazy Writer Are You?" with the result Stephen King.
It's entirely possibly that you've made a deal with the devil. Everything you touch turns to gold. There's talent there, to be sure, but you tend to be repetitive... and you tend to attract weird circumstances: two of your most common plot devices are books that cross over into reality and cars that try to kill people... and then you're nearly killed by a speeding van as you walk your dog? Um, creepy. What goes on in that head of yours? Rabid dogs? Crazed fans? Possessed hotels? Zombie pets? If you're serious about retiring for good, you might want to consider medication..

'Crazy writer'? Hmm...that's got me scratching my head. Is SK crazy for writing what he does? And if so, doesn't that mean all fiction writers are crazy?
Is that a direct quote as well? 'It's entirely possibly'? 'Yeah! Let's kind of slate a writer...and then prove we can't write/type/be bothered to go back and amend!' Hmm, again. I reckon this is why I don't bother with Facebook! :smile2:

BUT...it's never a bad thing to be roped in with SK, IMO. Now, you know you have the materials, so what are you going to make with them? :wink2:

Hopefully a legacy of paranormal and historical fictional stories to carry on my name. Hmm, maybe I should re-name myself A.E. King? LOL!

Yeah, I didn't like the way they worded it either. If only most of the people I know weren't on facebook, I don't think I'd be there either. Imagine how bored and frustrated I was to even take the silly quiz in the first place. But then that answer I got had me laughing out loud, I just had to share it with you guys!

Well first of all SK wasn't walking his dog when he was hit by the van. The van did however have dogs in it.
Gosh you'd think if you were going to make up a 'test,' that you'd at least have the facts straight in your answer.
LOL I'll probably go check it out anyhow. It sounds like fun.

P.S. I just had a funny thought, wonder if Stephen King took the test himself and it said he was someone else.... we'll prolly never know but it would be the ultimate test of the test. :smile2:

Much better King than Poe or Hemingway. Perhaps you will avoid death by alcoholism....

Wow , That really is a complement despite the write up ( we know his true worth- sticks n stones....)! I would be dead chuffed with that result.I hope it made your day and inspires you to keep going.

Wow, I'd be honored to be the King, too. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I'd rather read than write. I'll leave the writing to those who can! I'd like to have 1/100th of his imagination! Congrats to you! Go forth and write scary stuff!

LOL! I can't qualify as Poe or Hemingway I guess, don't drink much, LOL! I was totally honored when I got SK, but then again, didn't like what they said about him. Still, the whole "I'm Stephen King" was totally awesome! It did make my day! Walked in the clouds all day saying I'm Stephen King! Hmm, wonder if I should start getting to Red Sox games to read?

I hope to take that and go very far. Heck I'm writing some REALLY scary stuff! All the more scary because it's true, LOL! So hopefully I'll carry on his name in the true tradition of Stephen King! (Or so one can dream!)

Laying the sugar on ya, baybay!

I took the test and got SK, too! But I don't write. I would LOVE to be a writer but I, unfortunately, stink at it. C'est la vie!
