I downloaded Gingerbread Girl to listen to while I was out in the sun; Loved it.
So....I have all the songs I want....here's what's available, or that I haven't heard/read yet. Note. I don't listen to novels, only novellas on tape.
The Library Policeman
Apt Pupil
The Body
Shawshank Redemption
Secret Window, Secret Garden
What do you think guys?

Hi,
I think that you have five superb choices and you can't go wrong, sorry not to be able to be more helpful.
All I can suggest is 'Eeny, meeny, miney....'.
Long days and pleasant nights

I would agree with John - but If I HAD to choose, it would be Shawshank Redemption :smile2:

Ooh such a hard choice to make, they are all so god damn good.:biggrin2:
On seeing your choices though my initial instinct was to go for Apt Pupil, i can imagine that appearing very sinister to listen to.

Definitely S.S.R., there's so many, I have Gingerbread also and Stationary Bike which i enjoyed, I bought a Sony ebook so in stead of my itunes downloads i'm going there instead. (have a macbook pro, but reading on the computer or on the ipod touch seems to be to hard on my eyes.)

I would go with S. S. R. also. A real classic. SSR and The Green Mile, I feel, are the best cinematic presentations of Mr. King's stories.

I'd go for Apt Pupil. I loved that when I read it. If not I'd go for Secret Window.

I would go with the Shawshank Redemption, because it is by far one of King's better Novellas. The Body might also be a good listen.

Ooh good choice of story. TBH i have never listened to an audio book so you will have to let me know your opinion of this one as i am very tempted to get one myself. Hope you enjoy it:smile2:.

I can't seem to grasp the attention span for audio books. 10 minutes of reading and I have no idea what's going on. The clickie wheel (whatever it's called) gets a lot of use when I'm attempting audio books.
Sorry, I see that helps you not at all.
