On imdb it said his favorite horror movie is the tourist trap, and his favorite non-horror i forgot.

His favorite movie for 2008 was " The Dark Knight "...( so he said in an interview when he ranked the top 10 of 2008)

this is King's top 10 films of 08.. some were very surprising..

10. Death Race - haven't seen it
9. Red Belt - haven't seen it, but Mamet as director, I want to
8. The Ruins - saw it.. it was decent..
7. Lakeview Terrace - haven't seen it - doesn't interest me
6. The Bank Job - great film.. one of the year's best
5. Funny Games(remake) - amazing .. very intense
4. Tropic Thunder - hillarious and ambitious
3. Wall-E - the most innovative film of the year
2. Slumdog Millionaire - a gritty tale of friendship and love - excellent
1. The Dark Knight - great film, but Bale's bat-voice needs to go

The picture & sound editing wasn't top notch either.

Other than that, loved it.

I'm surprised there's no mention of Iron Man... Definately one of 2008's top 10 best.
