Hello everyone, my name is Daniel and I'm from Croatia (SE Europe for those who may not know ). I've been a Stephen King fan for many years now (and I'm still just 25 ), ever since I started reading his books in the Croatian translation and then moved on to reading them in the original, which is what I prefer. There are still tons of his books that I want to read (if I only found the time!!) because his novels really are a riveting read. Hope to have fun at the site!

As a requirement for my language arts class, I needed to email the author - I thought this would be the next best thing....a whole universe of people who also enjoy the works of Mr. King. Check in with everyone at a later date, this project is due tomorrow and I'm nowhere finished. Coffe is my new best friend.

I have recent gotten into the habit of reading for pleasure..many years of boring English classes just about killed any love of reading i had. My job as a secuirt guard has down time and i thought why not ready SK....

I also write a fair amount on my own, about 15 years now. i have posted a few on fanfiction.net

If you read the second chapter of my Robotech series you can see the many SK references, my main female character loves the shining and since she has to track down the room where a friend is at, I threw in some reference to the Shining room 217

Other SK references are things like charcters talking to them selves and arguing with themselves and inanimate objects like beer cans are always fun, plus the chapter itself is a series of dream sequences.
