The very hard-to-find in new condition "Maximum Overdrive" DVD. My bf has the VHS and it's just about wore-out. Both of us are huge AC/DC fans, I'm an internet radio DJ and play a lot of it. The movie is so bad, so ultra-schlock it's good, lol. "Sugarbuns, come ovah hee-ahh. This machine just called me an *******!"
I am new to the boards, I also write, write for my station, plus host a classic rock show. Need information about The Rock Bottom Remainders! Am looking for any official Mp3 recording for sale, for download...ANYTHING I can air. If anyone knows more than I've been able to find out thus far (omg, I was so bummed when I discovered last year was the last show...I'll never get to see them now) I'd appreciate some leads
    Say thankya!

I was to my usual used bookstore this weekend. Got me a couple of Fantasy and horror books with King stories in them. A copy of George Beahms The Stephen King Campanion revised edition and a hard cover of Storm of the Century.

I did a return at the store yesterday on a pristine hard cover copy of Storm of the Century. The customer was tres upset that it was a screen play and not a novel. (I wrote SCREEN PLAY on the tag, mind you.) She went on and on and on as I cheerfully refunded her money and apologized for the misunderstanding. So here's the clincher, the guy in line behind her was absolutely bugged eyed as I completed the transaction with the disgruntled lady customer.
As soon as it was his turn to check out he asked me if he could buy the book she had returned. I said sure, you know it's a screen play right? He said, of course I do I have been looking for that for ages.
    Ka is wheely.
