Re: Stephen King as audio book narrator - Good or Bad?
I adore Stephen reading his own stuff. If he ever retires from publicly putting out his writing (because we know he'll always write) he could still bring in a paycheck by going back and narrating every single book and story he's ever written and I would run right out and buy every single audio.
When he reads his own work, I know exactly how he wanted it to sound in his own head. The emphasis on words, the tone, the pronunciations in his unique voice. A storyteller speaking his own words is glorious.
