    Default Cat's Eye screenplay

I recently rewatched Cat's Eye with my thirteen year old stepdaughter. I hadn't watched it in about twenty years and was extremely excited to share this movie with her considering I loved it growing up. It was definitely worth it because the film holds up even against today's special effects riddled movie standards. I watched in amazement, as if I had never noticed before, how it seemed like "General" was effortlessly directed to perform all the fantastic feats he does.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a copy of the original script. As a screenplay writer, I really appreciate every screenplay author's distinct voice and love reading the words that brought each movie to life. Someone please tell me that the script still exists out there somewhere.

The entire screenplay has never been published, but the General segment can be found in SCREAMPLAYS, edited by Rich Chizmar

The bit where the horn honks made me laugh so hard when I was 14 or so.
