This is not about Joe, but I noticed something odd with the NY Times e-book bestseller list. Check out #8. This was released in the 80s. A week or so ago, Amazon had this book as their daily deal for $1.99 (and I bought it). Do you think that one day sale was enough to put this old book on the list?

I've noticed many of the daily deal books becoming best sellers again. It might be the exposure of a lesser cost, enjoyable reading, and passing the word along to others.

I got a gift card from B&N for Mother's Day and bought this. Looking forward to cracking it open.

I don't think you will be disappointed. I'm not done yet but it's been an awesome ride so far.

I downloaded the audio version and have it for my commute for two or three weeks. Makes even a Monday seem a little better.

I agree. I'm around the 550 page mark, give or take, and it is one hell of a tale.

I always love stories that take place all over the US too for some reason.
