why/how the heck did the jury/judge(s) find that there wasn't enough evidence

how do you get only 6 years for drowning 2 little kids...then out in less than 3 for 'time served' ???

there are lot of reasons why someone might not get the DP for even this...like proven severe ppd...however...

there is too much missing from all this to make a snap judgement...tho...it really looks bad....

it is certainly a better argument for enforced birth control....'hey, sorry...screwed that all up the 1st time, let me try that again...after all, i was such a loving mother !'

There is an odd syndrome called Munchausen's syndrome,which compels a mother to kill their child(ren) in an attempt to garner sympathy,and/or other rationalizations..not saying this is the case here,but look how she is saying she thinks about them every day,and just weird that she would even think of having kids again..people have a tough time realizing that murders of babies by mothers does happen,which makes prosecuting and obtaining convictions difficult..
