I love a good vampire tale, and Stoker's Dracula is wonderful. I've read it many times.

'Salem's Lot is my favorite vampire story thus far.

how about fred saberhagens dracula series...the first few are pretty great...

or, better yet, the extremely hard to find, out of print but very well worth the effort les daniels don sebastian series...'no blood spilled'...'yellow fog'...'the black castle'...i know there's one more i'm forgetting...

classic stuff...

Dear God No. Absolutely not. What were you thinking? Anyways another good vampire story is Let the Right One In. Can't remember the author's name but I've read when I was in high school and even saw the movie which by the way was really good. Also what about I Am Legend by Richard Matheson or Carmilla by Joseph Sharindan LeFanu? Those were some pretty good ones too.
