Image Posting Problem

For a while, I've been unable to change the size of images when I post them.
Today, when I try to post an image, I receive an error message stating that the file in invalid. I've tried several images with different URL addresses, and receive the same message.
Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried:

- Dumping your cache?
- Have you recently changed your/added a new virus protection program?
- Do you have any updates (Java etc) needing to be installed?

Failing all that... Jordan, help please?

I dumped the cache.
Antivirus is the same...AVG
Updates installed automatically last night....not sure if I need to change a setting

Sometimes the antivirus can go a bit screwy for no apparent reason.
(Probably yes, but...) Did you restart your computer after the updates?

Good question.....I don't know if it restarted or not. I'll try restarting.

If you can be more specific with the image that gave you the problem and/or possibly post a link to it, this may be easier to troubleshoot.

I don't think that that's actually a picture file. Could just be a php loader.

Okay, it worked.....but I can't copy an image and post it when I look for one.....such as the hot fries.
What am I doing wrong? I'm right clicking on the image, and selecting copy image URL from the options

Nothing. The hot fries picture that you're seeing on that website isn't the picture, itself, but a loader or a mapper. The actual image seems to be at this location.
