Weather continues to be above normal trying for 90F/32C each day. Now they tell me a cold front is dripping down for tonight. Just weird!
Plants are flowering, trees in full bloom and the grass is getting tall. Seeing less birds, so they must be flying back up north to their summer homes.
Iced herbal tea in hand and off to bean bag central. All are welcome to join.

Oh, Cat, I gave up weeks ago with not turning the AC on. Told myself every excuse in the book. Maybe if it won't stay hot, you could get away with just fans. Give hubby lots of iced drinks-- he'll feel cool! Unfortunately, been 90 here almost each day.
Our weather is so up and down I don't know whether to run the furnace or the A/C! The past couple of nights here have been in the 30's! Last week we were in the high 80's. Mother Nature is sure quirky this year!! Sending hugs and smiles to you all.....May you all be healthy, happy, and content. I may not be on today too much. I just rescued a baby bunny( oh, that predator cat of mine) that fits in the palm of my hand. I have to try and find Mama, otherwise it isn't going to survive. I don't know if I could bottle feed it or not? The lady from the pet store told me to just go stick it outside....Seems a little cruel, the least I can do is find the nest or something. Wish me luck.

just goes perfect. People came and thank me for the good lunch I had made for them. I survived the day after all.
It's finally some warmer temps here as well. Have had sunny and 18C/65F since yesterday. Was outside with t-shirt on me
for a while and feels so warm. Guess summer isn't very far away anymore. And only three weeks left and first part of
my two weeks summer vacation can begin, second part of my two weeks vacation comes in July.
Oh Becks. Hope the little bunny survive and you can find the mother or the nest.

Hello all. Working like a dog today, alas. Working late, too! Oh well.
Hey, so, this is kind of exciting! Our subdivision isn't completely built in yet, and one of the empty lots was a corner one next to ours. (After last year's brutal summer, when even watering did little to help the grass, the weeds from that lot have just invaded our yard. Bleh.) But now, they've broken ground on a new house! We're getting a neighbor.
