Man, there had to have been some damning evidence for this case, like video tape, a doctor's report, cell phone footage of what was on the floor; otherwise, the attorneys would never have wasted their time.

Nasty beyond belief.
I hope the city health department shuts down this location of McDonald's while the company fires the manager. There is no excuse for this to have happened.
