He went to the vet, but there's no change yet...
Poor little pouch. A penny a day did not keep the vet away.
Mom had a dog that ate a bag of cotton balls. There were some strange looking things in the yard for a couple of days.
You have to wonder what his motivation was after swallowing the first few pennies. Obviously they didn't taste good. Maybe he was just frisky and bored!
I've always thought it was strange that a dog will eat absolutely anything except for dog food. What do they put in dog food that is so bad that even a dog doesn't like it?

My friend had a cat who ate a ribbon. Apparently once they start their rough tongues won't let them spit it back up. She called me to come help her and there was literally ribbon coming out both ends. I couldn't help laughing, even though it was seriously horrible. The vet had to cut the poor kitty basically in half to get the trail of ribbon out. But she's fine now. Vets can be pretty amazing!
I have a new pup who has a fetish for cords. Ps3 cords, television cords, headphone cords, any thing that has a wire in it is just too yummy for him to resist.......I am spraying vinegar on literally everything and dousing other things in hot sauce....He seems to be getting the hint!! Now, I look forward to a day that I don't have to smell vinegar and Frank's Redhot!!
I can understand possibly eating the first penny...but 111 is quite few. I guess like potato chips you can not eat just once.
