I think Drew Barrymore is a great idea. While I never would have thought of her, she has an inner toughness just to have survived her childhood. Also Christopher Walken does belong somewhere.

Agreed! I Drew Barrymore, she's very talented/natural. Walken is amazingly and I'll be eternally envious that Marsha has actually spoken with him! I hope Anthony Hopkins reprises his role as Ted--if these movies are ever made in his/my lifetime--that would be a very nice touch.

Who could play the young Sheb and the old sheb ? I think
Christoper Walkin is too old, I think.

Also :: HOW OLD WAS SHEEMIE , when he lived in Mejis ?
Ive never been able to pin that down . The comics
seem to put him at about age 10-11. I pictured him
as like 14-15 or so.-- a little bit younger then Susan and
Roland .

I may have said all ready that the red headed director,( Richie
Cunningham , (I forget his name this second)) and his Daughter
could play farmer brown and Ally the barkeep --respectively

Da^n IT !! He is the "would-be director" of the Dark Tower movies and the
biggest supporter of the project...and I cant remember his name !
He would make the perfect farmer Brown , unless hes too old.

I still believe that Eastwood would make a great :Vanney .
