Translation of "On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft" to arabic language.

My Name is Radhi Al-shammari. I am a student in King Fahd University which is located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. My hobbies are reading and writing. I've always been a fan of Mr. Stephen King and what he writes is very great. He has a lot of fans in Saudi Arabia.
After I read most of Mr. King's novels, I found this great book "On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft" and he was revealing his secrets and ideas in writing. Personally, I improved my writing techniques through his tips and advices. And I thank him a lot for this great book.
My Question is: I would like to translate this book into Arabic language because of its enormous benefits for any fiction writer. May I translate it, please?
