I didn't realize this thread had been approved until today. You all are brave folks too. Some of your stories gave me goosebumps.
Today there was a story on the news about a man who died from "sink hole" death. A sink hole under his house literally swallowed him whole. How crazy is that? sounded a lot like fiction to me! but the poor man...geez, who would ever think???

Me dear old dad was mine. I was always afraid, never sure, always nervous, sometimes downright terrified. But he never killed any of us, though he threatened to. So although there are fingerlings of disturbances still, the main horror is gone and done. Thankfully.
