I have spent my life exploring creepy places. Since I was like 11
or so years old. I have explored abandoned place and grave yards,
and what not, hoping to see a ghost. Even as a child I had
the attitude that: " if ghost are real...Im gonna see one !!"
I still search these kinds of places today, and sometimes I film them
I have never seen a ghost or even felt a strange 'cold spot'.
Iv never heard a ghostly voice , never seen anything that
could be call super natural . Never.
Today when I explore , I take picture and video. Its a hobby that
some of us call "Urban exploring" . you can Google that if you like.
I have many of these pics and vid's on my youtube channel.
I don't know if its OK to link it here or not. I am hoping
Mrs. Mod will tell me .
I believe Urban Exploring is right up many "King fans" alley !
You can watch the videos on the net and maybe think about
doing it someday.
In this thread, you can talk about any real life ghost
hunting you've even done. and anything you've ever seen
(or not seen)
The first video, on auto-play, is a building that everyone in Wilmington knows.
I did it from the outside only. some day I might get inside, But its a problematic
site,
Below the video are "play lists" the first three are urban exploring videos.
you will want to hover on them and click "play all" .
you can ignore the rest of the play lists. Its just home movies. LOL.
There are a few F and S words in the vid's. only here and there. that is all.
Urban exploring is not always hunting for ghosts, though. It is becoming a popular pastime for folks...usually in small groups. If you are doing this yourself, be very careful if you go into an abandoned building. It is no safer than going swimming alone. Have fun. I would enjoy this activity without the woo woo stuff. I use to believe in ghosts but no more since I visited so many ridiculous ghosts sites online.
I know there are ghosts, or spirits among us.
Once you have personally experienced the paranormal you can't deny it. I am not going to try to convince anyone that ghosts are real, not my job. I just know that you can't un-see things once you have seen them. Not unless you try real hard.
I've ghost hunted a few times with minimal success, it seems like when they want to be acknowledged they will seek you out, not the other way around.
The Urban Exploring sounds like fun though. Thanks for the link Tiny!
P.S. Funny how I don't care if people think that's nuts.
