Problem Moses Carver (Spoiler)

Hi guys
I'm rereading the Dark Tower’s saga for the second time.
And I'm wondering:
If Eddie,Jack ad Susannah came from a world which is not Keystone's one how it is possible that the Moses Carver (keystone world) remembers susannah's disappearance?

Well we know that Eddie was not from the Keystone world (placement of Co-op City) and the same with Jake (since he saw Eddie as a teen, but we do not know that of Odetta/Detta/Susannah. So she could have come fromt he keystone world. I have not gotten through Robin Firth's concordance yet but that may give some clues.
