Because sometimes even adults have differences of opinions and there is a difference between moderation and complete censorship.

And you obviously can't see the posts that were deleted because they did cross a line or that I knew the poster might regret when there was less heat in the moment.

I think Ms. Mod is very liberal with what she lets us post. Moderated doesn't mean we can't have heated debates which there are a lot of! She just protects us from all the bad stuff, and really bad people( I hope)...

Although some differences of opinion due crop up occasionally, for the most part we try to keep things civilised here. As Ms Mod stated, there are times when she has to delete posts to keep things from getting too out of hand. I myself have been the recipient of the 'delete' button here. There's also been times when Ms Mod has had to kill an entire thread as it became too toxic to enter. I've been to other sites where it is really just disgusting what some people will post. Just check out what some people (idiots) post on Youtube. I'm glad that this Board is moderated, it keeps us all on our toes.
