I mean in a couple, eh, a maybe few county joints, I wanted just half way decent food that wasn't nothin' but grease, grit, and & highly processed crap carbohydrates, and if not a warmish commode, at least not an ice freakin' cold steel one, oh, and ear plugs, I'da kilt for some ear plugs for all the mind blowin' noise, but the hoosegow is what it is, so so sorry, no carte blanche on one's personal genitalia in the pokey...um, am I the only one that just experienced a bit of a chill?

...as an employee of the Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections in Ohio and a taxpayer as well, this is a vat of the foulest ****e!...what REALLY irritates me is, he'll get it off...once incarcerated, inmates have more rights than we do...and that's just how utterly bone-headed our judicial system has become...here in Ohio, we had to save an inmate who attempted to take his own life-just so he could be executed the next day...and people wonder why I have a piss-poor attitude about things...

Where does this guy get off expecting the state to pay for any kind of cosmetic surgery on an INCARCERATED KILLER!!

He wants this done to prevent rape? If done, he'll be a woman (?) prisoner locked up with men prisoners? Hunh??

Sounds like he's a new man. Heard/read somewhere on the news that prisoners are being released...something about the State of California mandating the prisoner count be reduced to...some #...30,000? Does Obamacare cover sex changes?

It has been in the news these last few days. One judge said the state had to pay for it, another judge overturned the first judge and the guy is not giving up. The state has already paid for hormones and hair removal is my understanding.

Only in America would there even be a debate about whether we should be paying for prisoners' elective surgeries. Sheesh.
